All Levels Pole
This class is open to all levels, including intro to pole, level 1, level 2, and level 3 students! It will focus specifically on checklist skills per level and how to get into and out of them smoothly. This class will run at a slightly slower pace to accommodate all levels at the same time with safety in mind. There will be a warm up with options for more difficult stretches, a floorwork move, a pole conditioning pole, a pole spin, a couple pole tricks, and a freestyle ending.
Intro to pole - This is where your journey begins and all skills will be done on static pole before attempting them on spin pole.
Level 1 will focus on trick skills & combos that require knee grips, armpit grips, climbing, headstands, and prep for inverts!
Level 2 will focus on all ways to go upside down! Laybacks, inverts, leg hangs, handstands, and more!
What to wear - shorts, sports bra/top, socks, heels optional
What to bring - kneepads, water, sweat towel, grip
NO lotion, jewelry including rings and watches
NO heels on crash mats
